It amazes me that in 2012 we still have Doctors who don’t provide a means for their patients to share information with them before they meet in the consultation room.
Even if you can ignore the clinical advantages and time/cost savings that can be achieved when you effectively let patients share information I really cannot imagine how a healthcare professional can provide a care experience that’s as disappointing as this.
