New for 2011: mHealth Winter Institute

From the 5-9 December several of the NIH Institutes, Centers and Federal partners will be hosting a week long training opportunity in conjunction with the mHealth Summit that is specifically geared toward “early-career researchers” and helping address the “scientific silos” by bringing together scientists from diverse fields to enhance the quality of mHealth research. The training curriculum will cover the current state of the science in mobile technology and engineering, behavior change theory and clinical applications, and highlight the intersection among these areas for research related to health. Applications to be considered for the Winter Institute are now closed (as of 26 August) but if you’d like more information please contact mHealth.training@mail.nih.gov
