Now we have reduced insurance for motorists who agree to use Dashcams how long before use of a mHealth app gets you lower health insurance?

Using a Dashcam will now get you lower motor insurance

These new Dashcam car insurance discounts from Swiftcover are going to provide interesting insights for the mHealth market. I think it’s particularly interesting because the dashcam is required to be used at all times so presumably there could be insurance issues if the vehicle is found to have been driven with the device turned off.

Swiftcover blurb makes a very clear effort to allay potential customer concerns over “Big Brother!” by explaining that the videos would only be expected if your car is involved in an accident but I think concerns amongst customers won’t be about the insurer looking at their driving/parking but by legal authorities demanding access to it.
