Last week I posted news of how Ericsson’s Mobile Health 3.0 (EMH 3.0) service is preparing for market launch. In the research database I maintain here at 3G Doctor it was fascinating to read through articles and communications I’ve had with Rainer Herzog that go back over 8 years!

Check out this presentation from 2002, it should give you a good idea why I’m keen about utilising the existing potential of smartphones and think we’ll remain unimpressed by the market opportunity for the various BAN and additional sensor solutions that are so often being touted as the next big thing.
