Can you trust the advice of a GP who has signed a Gagging Order banning them from talking about your local health services?

1000 GPs gagged from talking about local health services

In less than a week from the launch of advice from the GMC requiring Doctors to give up anonymous online identities and a requirement to provide a Patient Satisfaction Survey to every Patient exiting a NHS Hospital the Telegraph has revealed that more than 1,000 family doctors have been issued with gagging orders, banning them from talking about the work of new organisations running local health services.

I wonder how many years before Patients only trust Doctors who are active on social media?

    1. Political interference in the Doctor Patient relationship. I think you’ll find it across the world to varying degrees if you know where to look. It’s important that we all do what we can to shine a light on it.
