A colleague spotted the above picture of a “Please Do Not Confuse Your Google Search With My Medical Degree” emblazoned mug being shared by a Doctor on Instagram, and asked if I could get some corporate mugs made up that play on the theme.
“With your access to the internet & my experience as a Doctor, imagine how we can redesign healthcare together?”
Any better suggestions? (if your suggestion gets printed I’ll send you a few free mugs)

Hi Rafael,
Nice attempt but I’ll stick with the original if you don’t mind. In my opinion it’s important we all appreciate that mHealth provides a step change on from TeleMed/Telemedicine.
When you watch a Patient video calling a Doctor or sharing an Alivecor ECG using the mobile device they carry in their pocket the whole time you quickly realise there’s nothing tele- about it eg. ‘tele’ is a Greek derived word-forming element meaning “far/far off/at a distance”.
Being ‘far away’ or ‘distant’ is the last thing a Patient feels when informed healthcare advice that they can trust is for the first time accessible 24×7 by just reaching into their pocket.
Yes, I believe most of that is part of what I said in the post. :) Once again we align. (Mostly.)
