I think we can do a lot better and there is evidence that shows we can safely use clinically validated tools to extend the waiting room into the pocket of every Carer/Patient in a way that isn’t very different from the way that FinnAir started transforming the check-in process for passengers when they started taking it mobile back in 2001…
