What’s the most informative medical sensor you could put in a Mobile

Today I had an interesting hour long chat with Jérémie Bouchaud, Director and Principal Analyst MEMS at iSuppli, (an analyst whose work I’ve covered before on this blog) about mHealth sensors. After a long round of Q&A he told me “I’m really surprised that I’ve never heard anyone with these opinions before”. My opinion was that the phone is already a sensor, we’re just not listening to it much.

Above is a picture of the secure 3G Doctor Mobile Site showing what I think is the most informative and powerful medical sensor you can put in a mobile: The remote ability to listen to patients.
