My prediction: This is going to be a runaway success for Jitterbug once they smooth out the technical aspects eg. programming the phone so that Brian Alman can just say “Press and hold number 8 to get your first free call” would be much more effective than relying on the patient to get a pen and write down the number.
On the downside (for Jitterbug customers) once they realise how useful this service can be they’re going to want to move onto video, and for that patients will need to get some new hardware.
