As the NHS increasingly supports patients in their interest to publicly rate and review their Doctors performance I wonder how long it might be before the inevitable happens and patients start considering things they post on Facebook because a decision maker (perhaps an accountant, nurse, Doctor, consultant, transplant committee, budget holder, etc) thinks it might be a good idea to use it to judge them?
