The world’s first major healthcare brand to take a “Mobile First” strategy joins the mHealth Summit as Silver Sponsor

Kaiser Permanente is committed to helping shape the future of health care by understanding and developing mobile technologies that will transform care delivery. Through our sponsorship of the mHealth Summit, we hope to support conversations and learning that will benefit the health care industry as a whole and provide better care for patients everywhere. They join an impressive list of organizations supporting this year’s event as mobile health continues to transform healthcare

If you need any other excuse to join us at the world’s biggest and most successful mHealth industry event (and in 2012 there’s no shortage of competition) the world’s first major Healthcare provider to adopt a mobile first strategy has been confirmed as Silver Sponsor.

In a very positive development I’ve noticed that more than 90% of 2011 exhibitors have rebooked their place for 2012 event (and the rebooking rate is probably higher than that as many of the companies who previously exhibited have partnered with or been acquired by other exhibiting firms eg. MedApps was acquired by Alere who are partnered with platinum sponsor/exhibitor AT&T).

Fortunately the exhibition space has been substantially expanded for 2012 and there are still a few remaining opportunities for firms looking to meet with and demo to the 5,000 global mHealth stakeholders who will be attending.
