This conversation I saw on Twitter this morning reminded me how sad it is that poorly designed healthcare services have given accessible care such a bad reputation amongst Doctors.

In the following video Dr John Bachman, Professor of Family Medicine, Mayo Clinic, explains how the tools we use at 3G Doctor can be used by any care provider to save resources for those who need them whilst providing 24×7 access and ensuring no patient is ever concerned that their Doctor might think they are ‘just plain daft’ and that this was something they ‘definitely should have dealt with themselves’:
