I find it provides some great insights into the challenges facing Patient centric care providers as they seek to partner with a NHS that is overburdened with complexity and uncertainty:
> Patients and their Carers are regarded as at most a feedback loop rather than a central part of the entire service.
> It seems that it’s okay for Patient data to be used and crunched by others but Patients aren’t even being provided with rights to digital access to their information.
> Interactions between Patients and this complex system still remain largely undocumented.
