Rather than thinking of a ‘hearing aid’ as a ‘fashion accessory’ to be sold by pharmacists I think we need to think of a ‘hearing aide’ as a ‘productivity and accessibility accessory’ for our smartphones sold to us and supported by smart mobile brands that citizens trust like Apple.
