It should be obvious that the $Trillion Mobile industry isn’t going to be forgiving of brands that are ignoring such important customer data. To stay relevant healthcare brands need to go Mobile First. Mobile Brands that want to avoid the fate of Nokia (the brand that defined the last decade) need to put their best talent to work on mHealth.
